Can The Tablets Of Today Replace Laptops?

TRADITIONAL LAPTOP USES
Before the tablets of today, laptops had the distinct job of performing everything that a stationary desk computer could perform in a more portable fashion.

Laptops were released to the public in 1981 with few capabilities, but many have been added in the last few decades. The first tablet was created in 2002. While some laptops are now touchscreen, tablets provided an easy interface that didn’t involve the need for a keyboard or mouse as a traditional laptop would.

Laptops are typically used to access the internet but are used primarily to access special software that can be used to write reports or complete projects, and so on. Until recently, this really wasn’t an option on a tablet, but new innovations have made it possible.
